Federal Workers' Compensation Attorney, Paul Kalker
Attorney Paul Kalker graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York Law School. He thereafter undertook further legal education, earning an advanced degree in law (LL.M.) from New York University School of Law.
Mr. Kalker has over thirty years of experience in the practice of law. For a majority of such time he has focused on serving federal employees in claims before the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP), the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and other federal and state agencies.
Mr. Kalker has been admitted to the U.S. District Court in the Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts; the U.S. Court of Appeals in the Federal and Second Circuits; the U.S. Tax Court; and the Supreme Court of the State of New York. Mr. Kalker also has extensive business experience, and has earned certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of New York.
To date, Mr. Kalker has represented his clients in over 3000 claims, litigation, and controversies with federal and state agencies. He receives referrals from Bar Associations in New York City, Suffolk and Albany counties, and hundreds of attorneys, both in the New York area, and nationwide.
